SM Roofing Ltd.TFT Woodexperts have trained many of our own staff, as well as a number of our key customers, to become proficient in the grading of roofing battens to the rules found in BS 5534: 2007 + A1 2010. 

 We found their approach to these one-day training sessions to be extremely helpful and flexible - both in developing training that exactly met our needs, and fitting in with our timescales and geographical location.

In our opinion, all roofers should receive this sort of training on batten grading from TFT Woodexperts, now that the NFRC are requiring either the use of fully graded battens, or that roofers should properly grade all battens on site before use.
